Public service desk staff are ready to assist patrons with retrieval of materials. Requests for accomodation at a public program must be received at least 7 days prior to an event.
Any individual with a concern or complaint regarding the Mount Prospect Public Library’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act is requested to complete the complaint form which is available at the Registration Desk.
